250 HP Cleaver Brooks Boiler

Description

One (1) 1982 250 HP Cleaver Brooks boiler, 4 pass dry back, natural gas fired, 150 PSI design pressure. Model CB 700-250, Serial L-74009, 10461000 BTU/HR, voltage 460/3/60. The boiler will be cleaned on the fireside, waterside, inside, outside, and painted. The boiler pressure vessel, tubes, piping, and blowdown valves will be hydrostatically tested. New Honeywell 7800L Flame Safeguard Controls (or equal), Honeywell High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit Controls will be installed. New control and electrical panels will be installed and the boiler will be completely rewired. The boiler will be electrically and mechanically checked throughout to identify and replace any defective components. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition and that the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup.
