Lee is from a family of entrepreneurs. His father and grandfather both owned business and in true family fashion, Lee followed suit, starting LEL in 2009.
Growing up in Westminster, South Carolina, Lee had a successful high school wrestling career that continued into his college years at The Citadel.
A life-long learner, Lee’s true passion is helping people grow personally and professionally. Seeing people reach their fullest potential is a central part of Lee’s vision for LEL.
“I love watching our team not asking if they can serve someone, they just go and do it. I love developing new verticals and helping people find what they’re passionate about. I love the generosity of our company and being able to serve people in different ways.”
Outside of LEL, Lee loves riding his four-wheeler and spending time with his family, wife Jen, son Beau, and daughter Katie Grace.

As Senior Vice President, Jen’s hands are in a lot of areas at LEL. One of her core strengths consists of the sourcing of high quality used critical equipment. Having completed her undergraduate and Masters from UGA, she claims the title of the biggest UGA fan in the office.
Her introduction to this line of work came about through her first date with Lee Lancaster, President and Owner of LEL, as she found herself sorting parts in a 105 degree warehouse with no air or lights!
Outside of the office she’s devoted to her husband and two children and enjoys exercising, reading and volunteering at church.

Before joining LEL in 2019, Mark managed his own digital marketing company as well as held senior digital marketing roles for various marketing agencies where he worked with B2C and B2B clients among various verticals ranging from; Automotive, Construction, Education, Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality and Retail.
In his current role he manages all marketing efforts for the various LEL verticals. He strives to demonstrate to business partners, and the local communities, the “relationship over transaction” aspect of the LEL culture.

Director of Human Resources is Lynn’s title and the minute you meet her you know why. Lynn is the front face of LEL and we think there is no one better. Lynn’s specialty is customer service.
Lynn grew up in Rock Hill, South Carolina and attended York Technical College. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for forty years. They have two girls, four dogs, and one cat.

Jessica Holman joined LEL International as an Accounting Assistant while attending college at USC Upstate for Accounting. Early on, Jessica embraced the LEL culture of leaving every situation better than she found it and quickly progressed to our head accountant position.
She’s currently earning her Masters Degree in Forensic Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
When not knee deep in spreadsheets and reports, you will find her playing her with son and tending her garden.

Blake McClimon joined LEL Critical in 2012 and has since moved his way up to President of Industrial Cooling Services. His continued growth in the areas of industrial HVAC equipment, with a focus on Cooling Towers and Air Chillers, has helped set the vertical up for success. Blake is a graduate of USC Upstate where he earned his degree in Business Administration and Management.

Before joining the LEL Critical vertical, Christopher managed a high end retail location. The challenge of helping guide clients to the correct products for a win-win situation is something he thrives on.
As an Asset Manager, he explores new business opportunities while asking questions, sharing stories and seeing the positive in everything.

Matthew Raio is Vice President of Operations of LEL Decom Division. Driven by LEL’s strong culture that aligns with its strong family values, he focuses his passion on supporting those internal and external to our business. He started his career in 1996 when he was hired as a Sales Account Executive covering New York City’s five boroughs, and then promoted in 2004 to Director of Procurement and Production Control. He was eventually promoted to VP General Manager of a newly formed Restoration Division in 2011 which included the Decommissioning and Asset Recovery business units, overseeing all phases of the business and held fully responsible for the P&L and overall operating efficiency. After spending 20+ years within the business, was hired by LEL Decom as VP of Operations.
Matthew lives in Westchester, New York with his wife Michelle, and their children Hailey and Logan, along with their dog Harvey, whom they rescued from his namesake-hurricane in Texas.

Ed is the LEL Decom Vice President of Sales and has been in the mission critical industry for 30 years. In his current role, Ed maintains client relationships that bring together the opportunity to provide a service to both old and new accounts, working closely with the rest of LEL’s senior management team to further enhance LEL DECOM as one of the nation’s leading providers of decommissioning and restoration services. Ed credits the rest of his team for a banner 2017 at LEL. “The fact that our core team has been doing this for 30 years, enables us to move as one….and pass the benefits of our efficiency on to the client. “
Based in Newtown, Connecticut by way of Garden City, New York and college at Jacksonville University in Florida, he is a proud father to his son Ed, a freshman at Fordham University and his daughter Tris, a graphic artist and musician .
Ed enjoys time at the beach with friends and family.
Ed loves to garden which comes in handy as he lives on an old 1830’s farm with his big organic garden and hundreds of blueberry bushes.

Skip joined LEL in June of 2017 as the Director of Decommissioning & Restoration Operations bringing 40 years of experience in the industry. He attributes his success to meticulously working with the customer’s, understanding their expectations and navigate through their decommissioning project. As Director, Skip offers valuable leadership and safety skills throughout each phase of the project to ensure a flawless delivery with a safe effective completion. Skip has directed and managed over 18 million square feet of space covering decommissioning and restoration projects throughout the country successfully.
Skip prides himself on understanding the customer’s needs and gaining their trust through hard work, commitment and over-delivering on his word. Apart from his work with LEL, Skip and his wife Tina work with non-profit groups focused on heroin and opioid addiction awareness, child safety and prevention program and a children’s identification ID program. The Napolitano’s have four children and a rescued American Boxer with the very formal name, Carmelo Rocco Di Biagio Napolitano. When Skip and Tina are taking some personal time, you can find them riding the open roads cruising on their Harley Davidson Electra Glide.
